- Remote & mountainous areas: Destinations such as Sapa and Ha Giang may incur a 5% surcharge

- Driver accommodation: For overnight trips, guests are kindly requested to arrange a room for the driver or cover accommodation costs
- Booking details: Please provide pick-up location, drop-off location, number of passengers, and exact travel dates/times
- All-inclusive pricing: Includes private vehicle, driver, fuel, road tolls, and driver’s salary. Entrance tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included

7. What if I need to cancel my booking?
