This policy applies to all travel and transportation services arranged through our platform. We act as a local coordinator, connecting you with trusted partners to deliver your travel experience.

By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Role

We operate as a local travel agency and service coordinator, connecting travelers with trusted local partners such as drivers, tour guides, accommodation providers, and activity operators.

While we carefully select and work with reliable partners, some services are delivered by independent third-party providers.

2. Payment & Deposit

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total service cost is required in advance.

This deposit allows us to secure all necessary arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, guides, entrance tickets, and other related services.

  • Once the deposit is received, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or messaging platforms.
  • The remaining 50% balance is to be paid on the service date (cash or bank transfer, or other agreed methods).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods upon agreement (if applicable)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations may affect costs already committed to our partners.

  • 7 days or more before departure: 100% deposit refund
  • 3–6 days before departure: 50% deposit refund
  • Within 48 hours / no-show: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted via written notice (email or message).

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions), we will:

  • Assist in rescheduling the service, or
  • Arrange a refund based on partner policies

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

5. Tour Flexibility & Customization

All our services are private and flexible.

You may request adjustments to:

  • itinerary
  • timing
  • destinations
  • pick-up/drop-off points

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes, depending on availability and conditions.

6. Child Policy

Child pricing may vary depending on the service. General guidelines:

  • Under 3 years old: Free (sharing services with parents)
  • 4–9 years old: Charged at a reduced rate (details per tour)
  • 10 years and above: Charged as adults

Please note: some attractions apply fees based on height rather than age.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information
  • Following local laws and safety regulations
  • Respecting local culture and customs

We reserve the right to adjust services if necessary due to safety or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

As a travel coordinator, we are not liable for:

  • Delays, accidents, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Personal loss, injury, or damages during the trip

However, we will always support and assist you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information is used strictly for:

  • Booking processing
  • Service arrangement
  • Customer support
